Terrible service! I had to wait more than 1.5 hours before seeing the doctor the first time. And I had an appointment. Thought of giving them a second chance. Had to wait almost the same time second time. There was a referral put in to see a specialist two weeks ago and it’s still pending. When I call to get status, usually the lines are busy and no one picks up. I finally got a hold of someone and I was told they only have one person to handle referral and they haven’t reviewed mine yet after TWO WEEKS! They have a patient portal where you can ask a question about your blood report. I asked a question 4 days ago about something I feel the doctor should have discussed with me during last visit but have yet to hear back. Avoid this place. Absolutely terrible service! Wish Google had an option for 0 stars.

Great customer service and friendly medical staff. They also have a large group of family doctors available to take your appointment when it is the most convenient to you. They do school physicals and overall health screening.
